This Fender Twin Reverb is from the early CBS era in 1965 featuring the AB763 circuit. The power, output, choke and reverb transformers are original dating to 1965. The amplifier retains all of its original Blue Molded coupling capacitors as well as a few Astron Electrolytic capacitors and resistors. 3 out of (5) of the electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with GE capacitors. Fenders special design 12" speakers in great shape and deliver lots of low end with plenty of punch offering lots of articulation for any player.
This Fender Twin Reverb is in excellent condition. The tolex is in great shape and shows a few blemishes on the top and back side of the cabinet but otherwise it's almost flawless. The grill cloth has aged to a beautiful golden brown with only one small tear a few inches below the Fender logo. Fenders tube chart is overall in great shape and is completely readable with no tears.
