This 00boasts a solid spruce top with a tight grain and tortoiseshell binding, as well as a mahogany back and sides, featuring a dark reddish hue and a tight grain. While Martin's neck profiles vary through this era, the neck of this 1961 model boasts a slim "U" shape profile, providing a comfortable grip that sits nicely against the palm while playing the 16" radius fingerboard.
